When I wrote Step Back and LEAP, I wasn't trying to write a self-help book. I was trying to make sense of the most turbulent period of my life — and document the framework that got me through it.
The 9 Keys aren't sequential steps. They're interconnected principles that work together as a system for personal reinvention.
The LEAP Framework
L - Let Go (Keys 1-3): Acknowledge your reality, build courage, and create a new narrative. You can't leap forward while clinging to what was.
E - Explore (Keys 4-6): Define your purpose, embrace vulnerability, and find your tribe. This is the messy middle where real transformation happens.
A - Act (Keys 7-8): Get comfortable with discomfort and honor your values. Action without alignment leads to burnout. Action with alignment leads to momentum.
P - Persist (Key 9): Invest in yourself. Reinvention isn't a one-time event — it's a practice.
From Book to Course
The LEAP Course takes each key and turns it into a practical module with video lessons, exercises, and access to the Mork AI Companion for personalized coaching. It's the bridge between reading about change and actually making it happen.
